Canada’s Wonderland offers fun for the whole family. With
the large number of attractions, there is definitely something for everyone
from rides and dinosaurs to shopping and dining.
There are rides and attractions for the big kids and the
adults such as the thrilling Backlot Stunt Coaster, and the Behemoth roller
coaster that sends players down at 125km/hour from a height of 70m. For more
adrenaline rushes, try the Dragon Fire, the Drop Tower, the Flight Deck, the
Leviathan, the Mighty Canadian Minebuster, the Night Mares, the Orbiter, the
Psyclone, the Riptide, Shockwave, SlingShot, Sledge Hammer, The Bat, and more.
Younger kids can enjoy a number of rides at Planet Snoopy & Kidzville. The
brightly coloured rides include Boo Blasters, Blast Off, the Charlie Brown
Character Carrousel, the Chopper Chase, Flavourator, Frequent Flyers, Ghoster
Coaster, Lucy’s Tugboat, Sally’s Love Buggies, Snoopy’s Revolution, Snoopy’s
Space Race, Swing Time, dodgem cars, a train ride, and other adventures.
Splash Works includes Canada’s largest outdoor wave pool,
Whitewater Bay, Lazy River, and a number of water slides such as Body Blast,
Riptide Racer, Splash Island Kiddie Slides, and Whirlwinds. For more splashing
fun, try the Barracuda Blaster, the Black Hole, Pump House, Splash Island
Kiddie Pool, Splash Island Sprayground, Super Soaker, and The Plunge. The
semi-private VIP Cabana Rentals are a great way to wind down when taking a
break from the water fun.
Canada’s Wonderland is also host to Dinosaurs Alive! Visitors will see a large number of life-sized animatronic dinosaurs created by the company Dinosaurs Unearthed.
You can spend just a day at Canada’s Wonderland, although you need more than a day to enjoy all the attractions. Stay in a nearby hotel overnight and enjoy a real getaway with both adventure and relaxation.
